Dual Main Pump & Auxiliary Multi-Pump System

The host unit continuously monitors the pressure in the pipe network and communicates it to the auxiliary pumps. It automatically controls the operation and PID settings of each auxiliary pump based on real-time pressure conditions.

The system monitors the status of all pumps. If the host pump fails, the standby host automatically takes over. If an auxiliary pump fails, it is bypassed, and the next auxiliary pump is started. This ensures seamless automatic switching between main and auxiliary pumps.

Main and auxiliary pumps can operate alternately at scheduled intervals, balancing workload across the system to extend pump life.

This industry-leading setup supports dual main pumps and multiple auxiliary pumps, ensuring reliable operation even if one main pump is offline, while optimizing performance and energy efficiency.
